Located in southern New Hampshire, Mandy Houston Photography offers private photo sessions statewide as well as in our neighboring states. I truly love what I do and getting to meet and work with so many different pets and people alike. It's my belief that every pet, regardless of species - breed - personality - or age, is deserving of their own session to celebrate their uniqueness and the love between them and their humans!

My inspiration...
As a photographer, it should go without saying that I'm a believer in the importance of having photos. When it comes to our loved ones, I feel that they're that much more important. When I look back at Logan and Abby's photos, it provides me with a sense of comfort and healing. I cherish them and am beyond grateful that I have them.
I take my job very seriously. Not only because my clients are paying for a service, but because I want you to feel the same sense of comfort and healing when you look back at the photos that we're able to capture together. I do a lot of end of life sessions and knowing that I'm capturing some final memories for the families I'm working for is incredibly humbling. I consider it to be such an honor.
I've been a lifelong animal lover. Growing up, I was the one who would go to a party and wind up hanging out with the family dog. I just thrive in the company of animals. I always have! They're innocent beings who don't have a voice or say in their circumstances. They need people... a lot of people... to work together for their better good!
After years and years of trying to find ways to really help the cause and feel like I'm truly making a difference, I'm happy to say that photography has given me that outlet! I do a lot of charity work to benefit two of my favorite local non-profit organizations; Granite State Dog Recovery and Old Dogs Go To Helen.
I'm also more than happy to work with shelters and rescues to photograph animals in need of homes. If you're aligned with an organization and need a photographer, please reach out! I would love to help!
I'm more than just a pet photographer. I'm a pet mom myself. I don't have children, I have my dogs and they're my world! When I say that I understand the pain and grief involved with losing a pet, believe me... I do! It was losing my own boy Logan who inspired me to pursue this pet photography journey back in 2021. Just a few short years later, I lost my sweet Abby girl.
Logan
10/19/11 - 3/4/21
Abby
6/13/12 - 4/25/24
While I miss them both greatly - more than I can possibly put into words - they've both given me so much inspiration to continue doing what I do for others. Everything I do in regards to my photography, is inspired by and done in loving memory of them!
